Delete your JBR Staffing account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app, in under a minute:

  1. Open the JBR Staffing app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What happens next:

  • Your account, sign-in, profile, documents, location history, availability and messages are deleted immediately.
  • Pay and tax records for shifts you worked are kept for the period required by Canadian and British Columbia law (generally seven years), then deleted. They are no longer linked to an active account.
  • You can register again later with the same phone number; it starts as a new account.

No access to the app, or want us to do it for you? Email support@jbrstaffingsolutions.ca from the email address on your profile with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number you signed up with. We confirm within 24-48 hours.
