This is how the app actually runs. The full version is in the worker terms.
Pay
Hours come from your clock-in and clock-out, shown on your timesheet and approved by a recruiter. Pay goes out every week by the payout method in your profile.
Where you work
You set your city and travel radius. Shifts inside your radius come first. Location permission is optional: without it, shifts are sorted from the centre of your city.
On shift
Arrive on time, clock in and out in the app at the venue, follow the client's safety rules, and report any injury or incident to JBR the same day.
Cancelling
A claimed shift is a commitment. Cancel in the app up to the cutoff shown on the shift. Late cancellations and no-shows affect your future bookings.
Reliability
Completed shifts, ratings and cancellations build your reliability score. Recruiters see it when they decide who to assign. Show up, and more work follows.
Documents
Upload photo ID, permits, licences or a resume from your phone. Photo ID and SIN are needed before your first pay.
Notifications
Push notifications for new shifts, schedule changes and pay. Turn them off in Profile, Settings, or in your phone settings.
Your employer
JBR Staffing Solutions Ltd. is your employer for every shift booked through the app. The client is the place you work. Vacation pay and deductions follow the BC Employment Standards Act.

Before you register.
Download the JBR Staffing app, enter your phone number and the sign-in code we send you, then complete your profile: name, the city you want to work in and how far you will travel, the kind of work you want, your work-permit status, and how you want to be paid. A JBR recruiter reviews your profile and approves it. After that, open shifts near you appear on your home screen and you can claim them.
